Job Title: Specialist, Payroll

At DHL Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Specialist, Payroll to join our Labour Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of DHL's Internal Control (CRISP) for the HR team, conducting various analyses, information gathering, and research related to labor, compliance, grievances, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of DHL's Internal Control (CRISP) for the HR team.
  • Conduct various analyses, information gathering, and research related to labor, compliance, grievances, and legislation.
  • Modernize policies and create an employee handbook.
  • Process Automations.
  • Ad hoc assigned projects.
  • Support the administration of the Grievance process to ensure all grievance, arbitration, CIRB files are prepared for litigation.
  • Support the administration of implementation of legislative changes that impact company policies, processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - French and English.
  • Experience in HRIS/data analytics is an asset.
