Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Content to lead our Digital Content team within our Customer Experience division. As a key driver of our content strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling roadmap and editorial calendar to optimize and scale digital content across all our channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create high-quality, user-centric content that meets accessibility requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage a team of content writers and freelancers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver strategic, high-value content tailored to target audiences and optimized for search engines.
  • Develop A/B test strategies for key landing pages to increase conversions iteratively.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics associated with our content success, identifying opportunities and actionable recommendations to improve content development and iteration.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience crafting creative copy and building effective content strategies for digital-first, consumer-focused companies.
  • Educational degree, diploma, or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the role that digital content plays in a consumer journey and how content supports growth for the broader organization.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading change, with a passion for writing, copyediting, and mentoring.
  • Experience with C-level and stakeholder engagement, particularly aligning business goals and impacts on content strategy and objectives.
  • Strong project management skills to manage long-term strategic initiatives and complex cross-team projects.
  • Data-driven with experience measuring a content team's performance in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and CRM's.
  • Experience working with a CMS and a fast learner when it comes to using new platforms and software.
  • Thrives in a collaborative and agile team environment.
