Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at J & K GAS BAR CONVENIENCE LIMITED.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
- Hire and train new sales staff, or arrange for training to be provided.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's finances.
- Order merchandise and ensure that the store is well-stocked.
- Establish work schedules and manage the sales staff's workload.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory and ensure that the store is well-organized.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail environment.
- Work setting: Retail business, gas bar.
- Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
