About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 12056674 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Client Service: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, client focus, and strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
