Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at J & K GAS BAR CONVENIENCE LIMITED. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth in our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure our team is working efficiently.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain our inventory levels to ensure we are always stocked with the products our customers want.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and manage conflicts.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized and reliable to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
