Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrator to join our team in the Financial Services Industry. As a Loan Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating loan applications to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Review: Conduct thorough reviews of loan applications, analyzing credit and financial history to determine creditworthiness.
  • Approval and Decision-Making: Grant approvals in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department.
  • Fraud Detection: Identify and report fraudulent documents during analysis to the appropriate departments and the loan administration unit.
  • Application Validation: Match and validate application information, such as income, paystubs, and credit ratings, to make a final loan administration decision.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, both verbally and in writing.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Industry Experience: Call Centre and/or financial industry experience is an asset.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
