Currently, we are seeking a meticulous and driven individual to become a part of our ETRM Controls team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism while leveraging their business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts within our ETRM system (Right Angle) across all commodity and trade categories, ensuring compliance with signing authority, reconciling with third-party/broker documentation, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Interpret and capture intricate trader requests while adhering to system constraints.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address process modifications, including invoicing, position management, pricing, contract entry, and compliance.
  • Conduct routine data quality assessments as needed at the beginning and end of each day.
  • Enhance processes and update procedural manuals as necessary.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Address control issues and contract discrepancies, generating weekly summaries for management and reporting monthly contract KPI metrics.
  • Provide problem-solving support to traders, marketers, and other teams.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a Confirmation & Compliance group, along with familiarity with Right Angle or similar ETRM systems, is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of functioning effectively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing business conditions and a capacity for self-directed learning.
  • Must have a cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference checks.
