Application Specialist Team Leader

We are seeking a bilingual team leader to guide our group of application specialists. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and establish this new division, crucial for managing and processing interdepartmental requests.

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our specialists, leading the coordination of complex cases. Your outstanding communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, natural leadership qualities, and strong technical background will be vital in achieving success in this role.

  • Design the structure of the department to efficiently manage and streamline incoming requests.
  • Establish a solid framework to ensure seamless management of direct interactions (such as calls and meetings) with our valued clients.
  • Build partnerships with fellow managers to ensure prompt response and resolution of cross-departmental inquiries.
  • Oversee the management of complex cases, ensuring adherence to prioritization protocols and thorough communication until resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with various Product Owners (POs) to facilitate ongoing training sessions on product enhancements and updates.
  • Promote the adoption of the agency's internal best practices into the team's daily operations.
  • Supervise detailed analysis, documentation, and prioritization of tickets by the team before their transfer to the technical units.
  • Familiarity with 360.Agency's diverse product families is an advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven natural leadership qualities with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset and enjoys tackling complexities.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational skills and discipline.
