Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a QA/Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials, verifying product information, quantity, and quality
  • Prepare items for shipment by verifying product information, quantity, and quality
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other machinery to move materials within the warehouse
  • Pick orders and pack them securely for shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
  • Experience in basic QA documentation, shipping, receiving, or warehouse distribution required
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate forklifts
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures through at least one year of previous experience
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages
Additional Requirements
  • A vehicle to drive to and from work
