About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surface Land Agent to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our surface land team, you will be responsible for surface land acquisitions and consultation, as well as communicating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface land acquisitions and consultation
  • Communicating with clients, landowners, regulatory officials, government agencies, and management
  • Active membership in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential
  • Rural background is an asset
  • Preference for agents with an Olds College certificate or university degree
