Job Title: ELECTROTECHNICIAN

MEL is actively looking for an Electrotechnician to join our team. The successful applicant will be tasked with troubleshooting, repairing, and setting up electronic systems and devices for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure electronic systems;
  • Program various electronic devices;
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate AC electronic drives at customer locations;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service characterized by professionalism and attentiveness;
  • Assist clients with technical questions and concerns;
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, estimate costs, and execute equipment repairs;
  • Adhere to safety protocols and participate in a 24-hour emergency service rotation.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Industrial Electronics or a related field;
  • Familiarity with speed controllers and electronic drives;
  • Proficiency in using an oscilloscope, multimeter, and other diagnostic tools;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and Internet);
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to client locations;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Self-sufficiency and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent collaboration and learning capabilities.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday;
  • On-call availability during evenings and weekends with financial compensation.
