Le candidat retenu sera chargé de gérer les communications d'entreprise et de marketing.

Responsabilités en Communication et Marketing :

  • Stratégies de Marketing et de Communication : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et de communication en accord avec les objectifs organisationnels.
  • Création de Contenu : Rédiger des communications internes et externes pour le site web, les rapports annuels, le magazine "Le Distributeur", les articles d'opinion, les discours exécutifs et les présentations.
  • Communication Politique : Simplifier des politiques publiques complexes pour une meilleure compréhension par le grand public et développement de contenu.
  • Collaboration Interdépartementale : Travailler avec et soutenir d'autres départements et le bureau exécutif pour intégrer les besoins en communication dans les plans de projet et le calendrier corporatif.
  • Gestion des Médias Sociaux : Collaborer avec l'équipe des Relations Gouvernementales et Corporatives (PGCA) pour créer et gérer des calendriers de médias sociaux soutenant les efforts de plaidoyer sur des plateformes comme Twitter et LinkedIn.

Communications Numériques :

Superviser la production et la distribution de la veille médiatique quotidienne, de la newsletter hebdomadaire et de toutes les autres publications de l'association ; responsable de l'apparence générale du site web corporatif, de son flux et de sa carte du site, ainsi que de la mise à jour du contenu.


  • Relations Médias : Collaborer avec l'équipe PGCA pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de relations médias qui promeuvent les politiques de l'industrie, les activités et les affaires publiques.

Gestion d'Unité :

  • Diriger et gérer le travail des spécialistes.
  • Suivre et surveiller rigoureusement les indicateurs de performance clés.
  • Superviser les contrats, les activités et les relations avec les consultants/externalisateurs pour le domaine de responsabilité.
  • Diplôme en anglais, communications, journalisme, relations publiques ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans un rôle de communication d'entreprise.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion, avec une capacité démontrée à motiver et encadrer le personnel.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie de l'électricité et du gouvernement provincial un atout.
  • Maîtrise des outils et plateformes numériques, y compris les médias sociaux, les systèmes de gestion de contenu et les outils d'analyse pour créer des récits engageants et percutants.
  • Expérience avérée de travail avec des cadres supérieurs/membres du conseil/comités.
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en édition sans erreur, rédaction de discours et de correspondance professionnelle.
  • Planification et gestion de projets de communication, capacité à respecter les délais et le budget.
  • Solide connaissance de toutes les applications Microsoft Office ; applications de communication d'entreprise et de médias sociaux ; connaissance de Google Analytics, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ou autres plateformes de design graphique dans un environnement Windows.
  • Expérience avec Informz un atout.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet.
