Food Service Manager

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant chain seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Language: English or French.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
