Food Service Supervisor

Lucky's Motel, Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to prepare and serve high-quality food.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other key metrics to help us make informed business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
