Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receiving and delivery of finished products in a timely manner, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized to meet daily sales needs.
- Utilize warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns to minimize loading time and maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Administer policies and procedures related to warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Excel comprehension.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and lead a team-based approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to get results through mentoring others.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
