Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Olaya Management & Accounting Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Accounting Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
