We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
