Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at 2649476 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Recruit and hire staff to support kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
This is a permanent position with a recognized employer, offering 30 to 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
