Position Overview

The Inventory Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the logistics operations within the organization. This position requires a strong focus on planning and organizing the operational flow to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and organize the operational logistics of the company.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on inventory status and operational performance.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and arrange training sessions for staff to ensure skill development.
  • Assign, review, and oversee work tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Working language is English.
  • Standard working hours are 32 hours per week.
