Position Overview

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. This position is essential for ensuring a hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: On-the-job training provided
  • Dishware Management: Efficiently transport clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining items to designated serving areas and properly set tables.
  • Linen Handling: Responsible for carrying and replacing linens as needed.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and disinfect various items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a tidy dining experience.
  • Dishwasher Operation: Operate dishwashing machines to effectively wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
  • Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in the appropriate storage areas.
  • Supply Replenishment: Refill condiments and other necessary supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Hand Washing: Manually sanitize and wash dishes and other kitchen items as required.
  • Pot and Pan Care: Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain kitchen standards.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen waste and trash to uphold cleanliness.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean working environment.
  • Work Schedule: Permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English
