Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Stackitrecruitment. As a key member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical contact for client accounts, leading internal projects and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Administer Microsoft Office365, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of clients' Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Provide technical support for enterprise email applications, including adding/removing users and groups, configuring folder permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with clients to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement technical solutions that meet clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in an MSP environment, with a strong background in IT service delivery.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows server support.
  • Knowledge of firewall technologies, including Sophos, Linksys, and NetGear.
  • Experience with Hyper-V, wireless technologies, and switching/VLAN/routing/firewalling support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
