About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MOBILE KLINIK. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Store Operations
    • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring adequate coverage and a high level of customer service.
    • Authorize payments by cheque and returns of merchandise, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
    • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory and Merchandising
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
    • Implement effective merchandising strategies, driving sales growth and maximizing revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment
