Senior Director Labor Relations and Negotiations

At Transat AT, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Labor Relations and Negotiations to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of labor relations and negotiation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead negotiation teams to secure favorable collective agreements.
- Provide expert advice on labor relations and negotiation matters to senior management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement grievance management processes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure effective labor relations practices.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in labor relations, negotiations, and legal affairs.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
