Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Black Cat Security Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to security personnel to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security workers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance and efficiency.
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work 32 hours per week in a flexible schedule.
