We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13193080 Canada Inc.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail business setting.
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient store operations.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
