Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and interpret welding process specifications
  • Utilize various welding machinery
  • Operate cutting tools
  • Manage hoisting and lifting equipment
  • Conduct maintenance and minor repairs on welding tools
Materials Handled
  • Engage with non-ferrous materials, stainless steel, and heavy metals such as steel and iron
Welding Techniques
  • Proficient in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) - TIG and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience in operating gas welding apparatus
Transportation and Travel
  • Access to public transport is available
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Involves handling heavy loads and physically demanding duties
  • Requires manual dexterity and keen attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to stand for long periods
Weight Handling Capacity
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
