Retail Store Operations Manager, Montreal Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our Retail Stores team in the Montreal region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our retail stores, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
