Job Summary

Himmat Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive lighter, special purpose trucks and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including repairs and replacements.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential, as we provide on-the-job training for our team members.
  • Work Environment: This is a site-based role, requiring the ability to work on-site at our designated locations.
