Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Advisor Life Health to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an accredited Insurance Advisor Life Health & Wealth, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver valuable solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.
  • Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients at their convenience.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools.
  • Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.
  • Expand your external network by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centres of influence.
  • Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet established targets.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or willingness to complete it prior to start date.
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and strong ambition to succeed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Professional sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Digital literacy using various systems and tools.
