About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes, working on a cutting-edge collections platform for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in financial services, and expertise in systems analysis to ensure the success of the collections process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the collection platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and end users, to translate business requirements into system functionality.
  • Work closely with development teams to develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend improvements for the collections process, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Support the implementation of enhancements and system changes, including end-user training and system documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to the collections platform, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of collections platforms and processes within a financial institution.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and MS Office Suite.
