Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Tomato Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
