Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1067541 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Authorize Payments and Manage Cash: Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Resolve Issues and Manage Customer Requests: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week.
