Job Summary

We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team in Barrie, ON. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
