Marketing Director Job Description

Summit Search Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive growth and shape the strategic trajectory of our client. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will lead brand strategy, demand generation, and cross-functional initiatives to fuel business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in delivering against key priorities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing management roles, with a successful track record of brand building, demand generation, and organic growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and large employee groups.
