Job Title: Executive Chef

At Chicken Haus, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food standards, managing kitchen operations, and supervising a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous-chefs, and specialist chefs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Plan and execute special events and functions, such as weddings and banquets.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
