Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

AISLING BAILE INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services, including dry cleaning and valet services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
