As the Senior Manager of Performance Optimization and Analysis, you will be tasked with identifying strategies to enhance cross-category sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies.

Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with our cross-functional teams across North America and globally while developing effective and coordinated processes. Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline the Commercial Planning process and synchronize cross-regional merchandising initiatives.

Ensure that project plans are established with clear communication and timely execution of programs while partnering with North American teams.

Assess Sephora's overall pricing strategies and promotional activities while generating reports, preparing executive presentations, and delivering performance analysis recaps.
Analyze data to inform decisions regarding the effectiveness and opportunities within Merchandising programs.
Merchandise Business Development & Operations:

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aligned with Sephora Canada's key strategies while assessing the feasibility of potential new initiatives and special projects through collaboration with cross-functional, North American, and global teams.

Assist in launching pilot programs to test and learn prior to market introduction; Collaborate with the operations team to improve our tester and damages collections while influencing RTV and creating a more efficient process for Merchants to manage these collections.


A minimum of 7 years of retail management experience is required, along with an undergraduate degree, excelling in a dynamic and rapidly evolving retail environment.

You should be tech-savvy and proficient in Excel, with experience in Smartsheet, Tableau, and Circana/NPD.

You will have honed collaboration and communication skills, working with creative teams and recognizing the importance of balancing data with subjective insights.
