About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tahini's Richmond Hill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management and Reporting

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
