Bakery Specialist

Bella's Pinoy Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, baking mixed dough and batters, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to impress our customers.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the right products at the right time.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
