Job Title: Pre-owned Vehicle Product Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tenacious individual to join our sales team as a Pre-owned Vehicle Product Advisor at Barrie Subaru. This position is integral to our sales team and is responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with our customers and providing exceptional vehicle service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by building strong relationships and providing expert knowledge of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, services, pricing, and features to provide unique and amazing customer service experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance goals by being a high achiever and persistent in overcoming obstacles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the first interaction to beyond the sale by being a good listener and taking the time to learn about the customer's needs.
  • Be tech-savvy and responsible for internet lead sales with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Valid OMVIC sales license or willingness to obtain.
