Job Summary

We are seeking a student to assist and support the Performance Marketing team remotely in a challenging internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Email Marketing coordinator with the optimization of the Harry Rosen email channel.
  • Retrieve and analyze metrics to measure the success of Harry Rosen's marketing emails, campaigns, promotions, etc.
  • Assist with organizing and prioritizing the email marketing calendar for upcoming campaigns or promotions.
  • Assist with the building, scheduling, and deployment of emails to specific target groups.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university/college program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytically inclined; ability to synthesize and effectively communicate client data.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Administrative-related work experience is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including using formulas and charts in Excel.
  • Knowledge of popular social media platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
