Position Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist at PRABU FOODS INC, you will play a crucial role in identifying and fulfilling the staffing needs of our organization. Your expertise will help us attract and select the best talent to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Staffing Needs: Analyze current and future staffing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Job Advertising: Create and disseminate job postings across various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Applicant Screening: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Selection Process: Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and extend job offers to selected individuals.
  • Employee Relations: Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures effectively.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Execute the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Work Environment

This role is set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will need to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education (College/CEGEP).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a recruitment or HR role.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
