Business Development Director

PSC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion in the Canadian market.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure alignment of business development strategies and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales progress, and business development activities.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations and identify potential risks associated with entering the new market.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
