About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Support Specialist to join our team at SANTIZO HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our chiropractors and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to chiropractors, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
    • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing.
  • Patient Education and Support
    • Assist chiropractors with patient health education and provide support to patients during their visits.
  • Office Management
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, part-time position with a variable schedule. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
