Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, determining client needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for supporting sales strategies and initiatives to gain market share and drive new business within the given region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage opportunities to grow the business, offer value-added solutions, and increase product adoption.
  • Work closely with Operations, Estimating, and Proposals teams to develop solutions for clients and prepare accurate and professional quotes.
  • Represent the company in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to our values and principles.
  • Process necessary paperwork to initiate contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce regular reports to management on prospect leads and current activity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the general Oil & Gas services sector and specifically in oilfields rentals or workforce accommodations is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel.
