Specialist - Quotations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Quotations Coordinator to join our team at Wesco. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing proposals, bids, and quotations that showcase our products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Bid Preparation: Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts.
  • Quotation Management: Manage the quotation process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes to clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to the quotation process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of related experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong math and analytical skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10%.
