Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Queen Of Hart's Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
