Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at INNISFAIL HOTEL LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our kitchen.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we are minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Inspect and taste dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service environment
- Language: English
