Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Lloydminster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to improve their skills and performance
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of salon equipment and facilities
    • Manage inventory and supplies, including requisitioning and ordering materials as needed
    • Monitor and control salon expenses, including labor costs and inventory
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
    • Collaborate with the sales team to promote salon services and products
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a nail salon or related field
