Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Dasher Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Pastry Production: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Management: Draw up production schedules, oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Staff Management: Hire and dismiss staff as needed, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
